J’Lana’s, we’re committed to making your celebrations fun, safe, and stress-free. Please review our policies before booking or placing an order.

Soft Play Rentals

Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• Balance must be paid 48 hours before your event.
• Bookings are confirmed only after deposit/payment is received.

Delivery & Setup
• Delivery is free up to 10 miles(driving distance) from the 33544 Zip code. For any events beyond 10 miles of 33544,the delivery fee is as follows:

11-20 miles =$25 21-35 miles=$45

36-55 miles =$65 56-75 miles=$95


• Setup area must be clean, safe, and ready before our team arrives.
• We do not set up on mud, wet grass, or uneven surfaces.

Safety Rules
• Equipment is for ages 0–4 only.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, or face paint allowed inside the play area.
• J’Lana’s Soft Play is not responsible for injuries due to misuse or lack of supervision.

Weather Policy
• Outdoor setups may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, or extreme heat.
• We will reschedule at no cost based on availability.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancel 48+ hours before your event → payments (minus deposit) may be credited to a future booking.
• Cancel within 24 hours → payments will be forfeited.

Damages & Responsibility
• Renter is responsible for damage, theft, or excessive cleaning.
• A security deposit is required and refunded if no issues are found after pickup.

Ordering & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit is required before design work begins.
• Full payment must be made prior to production. 3-4 weeks before order date
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

Processing & Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround: 7–14 business days (not including shipping).
• Rush orders available for an extra fee.
• We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Design & Proofs
• Customers will receive a digital proof before printing.
• Once approved, no further changes can be made.
• J’Lana’s Creations is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery
• We ship within the U.S. via standard carriers.
• Local pickup may be available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.(place order in reasonable time to avoid delays.

Cancellations & Refunds
• Because items are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins.
• Refunds only apply if the error is on our part.

Damages & Replacements
• Report damages within 48 hours with photos.
• Replacements or partial credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
